TileTrack — Privacy Policy

TileTrack ("the App") is a stock and inventory management application operated by Crologic Solutions ("we", "us"). The App is intended for internal business use by organisations whose administrators provision user accounts. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and login credentials, created for you by your organisation's administrator. There is no public sign-up.
• Business data you enter: inventory items, stock quantities, stock movements, warehouses, bookings, and customer/supplier (party) details, stored on behalf of your organisation.
• Photos: if you choose to attach item design images, the App requests access to your camera and/or photo library. Selected images are uploaded to our servers and associated with inventory items. The App does not access photos you do not select.
• App version information: the App checks its installed version against our server to offer updates.
• Session data: authentication tokens used to keep you signed in.

How We Use Information

• To provide the App's inventory management functionality to your organisation.
• To authenticate users and secure access to organisation data.
• To maintain and improve the reliability of the service.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• We do not display advertisements in the App.
• We do not collect precise location data.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on our secured servers and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to organisation data is restricted to authenticated users of that organisation. Passwords are stored in hashed form.

Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained for as long as your organisation uses the service. To request removal of your account or your organisation's data, contact us at the email below and we will process the request.

Children's Privacy

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
